One of those nights where I thought "I'll just not open any wine tonight," and then thought "wait, that's silly." Quite tasty with a cherry aroma (and color) tending toward red wine territory, but white wine-like floral aroma, acid and lack of tannin keeps it firmly in the rosé camp. Simple my #1 criteria in rosé selection: lip smacking deliciousness.
