Tons of fruit up front: raspberry, skittles, watermelon. The first sip seems like sweetness, but is fruitness. Develops into sharp acid and fruit and perfect structure. Tastes like a blue raspberry slushie with two or three pumps of that $0.25 sour syrup, if u know that shit that I mean. Killer.

Pretty delicious, Methode Champenoise, certified biodynamic sparkling wine! From one of my favorite of the under-celebrated wine regions Vinho Verde DOC, Minho! There is more to enjoy than just basic, sometimes off-dry, "Vinho Verde". -_-

Beautiful ruby grapefruit color- interesting for a sparkling wine. Exhilarating bubbles that dance on the palate (for a while). The Loureiro varietal lends a richness to the wine that is offset by the crisp acidity. The wine is delicate enlighten for sipping as an aperitif during the fall, yet complex enough to pair with Lebanese food.
