Jul 3rd, 2021So many prior notes, I’m not going to go into detail here, but in my mind, there’s a paradox here... Katz (the winemaker) has stripped away the usual embellishments, and produced a minimal, laser-focused SB. The major notes of exotic fruits and acidity ring as clear as a bell. Brilliant.

A lifted, vivid expression of SB. Hard to beat in the $35 range. Stunning layers and complexity. Taught citrus fruits combine with tense acidity. Loving this.
