Deep and dark purplish red. Layered nose with milk chocolate, plums, spice box and dark minerality. Medium tannins (6.5/10) and medium plus to full bodied. Lush mouthfeel and dark flavors on the palate with notes of blackberries, cassis, graphite, dark chocolate and minerality. Long finish. Drink till 2032. (91+)

Really nice! Blueberry, blackberry, cinnamon, crushed rocks, gravel, and hints of vanilla toasted oak. This screams Sonoma from the really nice acidity that keeps it bright and fresh.

2016. From Highlands Ranch, summer 2020. Really good. Deep flavor. Only thing missing for me was a spice note.

Started off with strong hints of old oak, but great flavor and smooth throughout.

Drinking the 2016 Sugarloaf Vineyard blend. Very well structured. Lush with a long finish. Plums with hints of blueberry. Outstanding.
