Started very cold and the flavor was almost too restrained. But as it hit 60, 50 degrees the citrus and minerals began to pop and boy were they nicely integrated all the way through the dry, loin stiffening finish.

Pretty intense and acidic/citrusy. Another review said apricots. I think I agree. Interesting but a little much.
