Andalucía, SpainStarted very cold and the flavor was almost too restrained. But as it hit 60, 50 degrees the citrus and minerals began to pop and boy were they nicely integrated all the way through the dry, loin stiffening finish.

100% Palomino. Dry, minerally and straightforward. A hint of tropical fruit perhaps 🍍?

Underripe pineapple, lime, almonds, malo. Somewhat flat on the palate.

ask the wine guy for something unusual, something off the beaten path and he recommends this delicious dry 100% Palomino w/some bottle age: definitely a food wine, light greenish straw color w/fairly austere nose full of minerals, lanolin, herbaceous musk, white flowers (jasmine), ginger & some spices. on palate it is rigid & angular, zesty acidity, some citrus but mostly minerals & herbs, quinine, screams for briny foods - we had this w/deli section fare & salad.

Освежающее, хрустящее, хорошая кислотность. Цитрусовые, груша, яблочный пай, цветочно-травяные нюансы. Очень приятное и интересное.
