Tropical fruits reminiscent of a NZ sauv blew off after 10 min, evolved into more golden apple and salted almond. Used also as a fennel and tarragon broth with mussels.

Tracked this down at the little retail spot at Macchialina MIA w Remyl. Can not wait to get back there!!! Started down the Sardinia rabbit hole after 2018 cruise stop there. Keep finding cool stuff there. Keeping my eye on them this was fun last week! 18 in 2021. 12.5%
