First time I’ve seen this outside of Chile. Color of the inside of a dead ripe Santa Rosa plum. Aroma is savory and earthy. Olives and Asian plum sauce. Just a bit of blackberry cobbler. Flavors are nice. Mulberry and cherry but with a hint of licorice and tobacco. Hint oily? Thick feel. Fig too. This is nice. More complex and savory than most of the Chilean versions I know. A unique and intriguing red. Glad I got a bottle all the way down in CA at Grocery Outlet. Hope to visit the winery in Yakima someday.
