2017v. Sauv Blanc from the Loire Valley. All about slightly underripe but juicy green pear + lime, good acidity, and a slick mouth feel on the finish. A very pleasant sauv blanc for sipping, apertifs, or light fare (I had mine with simple lemon pepper chicken breasts). 12% ABV.

Grassy, not too sweet. A good summer wine.
