For a Sauterne it’s meh

Solid Sauternes, but obviously too young.

The delicious wine with rich ripe apricot fruits and a pineapple acidity. A very well priced mid-range Sauternes.

Too hot, not enough sweetness to carry the viscosity

Helps to let it breathe for a bit before drinking, more complex flavors will come.

Creamy, almost honeyed. Slight bitterness in the finish

Delicious candied apricot, with honeysuckle, complex flavors

Don't be dumb like I was - let it breathe. If you drink it straight out of the bottle it's pretty much syrup. It gets a few more bitter and complex notes when left out, but on the whole, way too sweet for me.

moderately sweetness and viscosity. a fine wine for the price
