Dark yellow. Surprisingly fresh and vibrant. Spicey and mildly viscous. Delicate green pineapple drizzled with lemon curd. A lot going on.

Star bright yellow, tropical aromas of cooked pineapple. Like roasted fruit with touches of sandlewood aroma. Dry, w/ flavors of blood orange & grapefruit pith. Nice complexity w/ considerable alcohol for the style.
