2011 Riesling sourced from Finger Lakes, NY though the winemaker is based in the North Fork, Long Island. Kabinett equivalent level of RS. Needed a bit more acidity to take it to the next level.

Riesling, but not too sweet or acidic. Pretty mild Apple flavor. Recommended to us from Social Wines in Southie.
