Harmony Lane Vineyard Pinot Noir

Really tasty, darker fruits and baking spices. Plenty of acidity. Not what I was expecting from Sonoma Coast at 12.8% alc, but really good.

Dense and succulent, the 2016 Pinot Noir Harmony Lane has an almost unusual level of concentration by Anthill standards. Succulent black cherry, plum, leather and spice flesh out in this dark, voluptuous Pinot. The 2016 is going to need at least a few years to unwind, but it has terrific potential. A bit darker and denser than most of the other Anthill wines made more up the coast but still showed well.

Lovely wine. Has a bit of a Russian River fruit profile but lifted, higher acid. High complexity and good concentration for only 12.8%. As it should be.

Wow. Incredibly powerful at such a low ABV. Nicely balanced.

Fruit explosion. Pure pure fruits. Rosy florals and earth in the background. Really aromatic. Palette confirms fruit. Round but not heavy.
