Cuvée Eugénie Crémant de Limoux

Absurdly good for the money. Limoux is becoming an obsession. Use of Chenin Blanc is obvious here. Chardonnay and Mauzac allowed as well.

My....one should read Jancis Robinson’s take on this sparkling Limoux. Right up there with Hemingway. Total fun that totally delivers.

Nice Limoux crémant. Light weight a very slight sweetness. Yeasty note toward end.
