Cabernet Blanc is a very young breed of grapes whivh produces a wine, which could best be compared with a mash up of sauvignon blanc - but a little less fruity and less citrus tastes. Therefore, it is more full bodied and has low acidity. Anselmann sells this at a bargain price. A grape and wine to watch for. Try it, if you have the chance!
