Decanted for about 30min before the first glass. Explosion of black fruit, leather and cigar box on the nose. Exceptional mouthfeel revealing complex flavors of smoked blueberry, violets and blood orange plum. Clean finish that opens up to five spice and smoked meats wonderful!

Full bodied, dark fruited, with a savory edge to the finish. Well made, but I prefer the ‘09 Beau Vigne ‘Juliet’ from earlier in the evening.
