Opus 14 is a fantastic wine. It's a joy to drink. Although fruity for a natural wine it still has character and fullness. It is more a easy drink then it's sibling the Caurol 12 (my first natural wine favorite) but by no means boring. There is a reason it is loved by the Copenhagen natural wine community.
