Crisp, bright, very unusual white wine made with 2 red varieties (Callet and Giro Ros) and Premsal, a white variety indigenous to Mallorca. Not very expressive nose, with hints of tropical fruit and maybe hay. Citrus, unripe pear and some salinity and almost fizzy finish. High acidity.
