Pungent yet charming from a 1.5L today. Sour cherries & game. Firmly tannic & unrelentingly acidic, it begs for hearty fare. Though its components sound extreme, it's surprisingly well-integrated.

Very interesting wine from Mallorca. A present from dear friends always tastes better. Chocolate, tobacco, very intense on smell and aftertasting.

Blackberry fruit overlaid with oak, clove, and coriander. A little chewy and oily on my palate. Very good wine on a cold day.
