When in Spain ( Madrid) I find these wines so delicious, it works with the food and are very tasty.We had this with a meat dish (steak tatar) one of my favourite dishes in Spain, France and Italy even in Denmark. The wine shows minerals (which I really like) some wood (balanced) that freshness and deep color is breathtaking
