Thursday night and I have opened the 2017 Andrew Will Two Blondes Vineyard Cabernet Franc. It is a beautiful bottle of wine to start the weekend off right. Then again i do have an affinity for Cabernet Franc and Andrew Will wines.
On the nose there is good fruit of strawberry, cherry, raspberry, red plum, roasted red pepper, bell pepper, violet and crushed gravel.
On the palate there is raspberry, strawberry, red plum, green bell pepper, red currant, new oak and forrest floor
This wine is medium to full bodied with medium + acidity and medium + fine tannins that move seamlessly into a long fresh red fruit finish.
