Sep 27th, 2018This is a fabulously complex Prosecco a real treat.
It is clear pale lemon.
The nose is clean with pronounced intensity of peach, pear, melon, honeysuckle & orange blossom.
The palate is sweet, with high acid, low alcohol and a full body. The flavours are very pronounced like that on the nose. The finish is long and complex.
This is a wine which is very well balanced with all the flavours intermingling together nicely. An outstanding wine.

Another good interpretation of Prosecco by Andreola. Creamy spume that fades with big hypnotic bubbles. Perlage is fine, continuous and not invadent. In the nose classic varietal apple hint and an odorous pear. The first sip is an explosion of a crispy green apple with its peculiar acidity. Once you take measures, you'll be driven by its great drinkability. Never sickly, never too pander, always fizzy and funny. Good Prosecco.
