Jan 16th, 2019I haven’t had too many Bergerons in my life but this could be the prime textbook example of what makes it great. Huge ripe fruit with floral honeyed notes, spice, and stony minerality. Round and lightly hot texture, with impressive freshness that keeps this from going over the top. Still huge though. I think a few years will help settle it down.
