Los Andes de Uco Torrontés

Pale yellow, excellent clarity. Floral aroma , light body, low acidity, citrus-lemon flavor, leesy mineral finish. A pleasant white for sipping, not sure on the varietal characteristic as I’ve not tasted very many over the years. 30 minutes later, melon, canned peach and fruit cocktail flavors emerge. Interesting, not quite dry.
