Fresh blades of grass, slight citrus, perfumed, cotton candy and mangoes.
Sweet like a pandan leaf milk wash cocktail. Beautiful mouthfeel, subtle carbonation. Limestone and mango and lychee. Tropical and leafy. Love this.

Mineral, dry, hints of cucumber and grapefruit. Light refreshing texture. Great alone or w a meal
pairing notes: Stood with my rack of lamb dinner well. I would have normally paired w a red wine but this was perfect.
