So fresh and crunchy. Super clean red fruit aromas and great texture. Nice pizza wine.

The Ampelos Syrache, a nice deep and round Syrah-Grenache blend, is one of the first #SYV wines @Sarah Hess and I ever tried. Years later we still love it.

Minerality. Menthol.

Wow this is delicious. I think I just syrache'd in my pants...and it smells like dark cherry preserves.

What I love from Rhone varietals. Black pepper, chocolate, and smoke notes on the nose, followed by black cherry. 👌
