The 2022 Rosato di Ampeleia is a spice box full of incense, dried citrus peels, blood orange, cinnamon and baked apple. It’s soft yet delivers a zesty burst of sour berries and tropical melon. A liquid, floral staining lingers, yet the energy remains high. $25.00 ( Eric Guido, Vinous, May 2023)

Beautiful rose with the perfect amount of body and structure to make it interesting. Bright with a bit of tannin. Tastes like slightly unripe raspberries. Would be a perfectttt picnic wine (manifesting).
