Third Course (Two wines devoted to this course): Short rib, corned brisket, various allium & ash, tobacco and turnip. Paired with the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve and also the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon from the Missouri Hopper vineyard.
Wow...What an opulent yet crushing wine. Absolutely stunning. Had to pick up some of the ‘14 as well.
