Beautiful rose. Very classic, love the avid level. Considerably less expensive than some other Provence Rose wines but you really can’t tell a difference in quality.

An evening spent with John Harris of Amici Cellars. Passed Hors d'ouevres, a 4-course dinner, and some delicious wines.

Passed Hors d'oeuvres: Salmon, beets, sorrel, rose water, raspberry and pink peppercorn. Paired with the 2017 Rosé Côtes de Provence. (Hors d'ouevres not featured in photo. The food in the photo was the final course comprised of mignardis served with the Côtes de Provence, as well.)
