Rubentis Getariako Txakolina Hondarrabi Zuri

Acidic fresh, youngly, and a bit sweet. Lika a mosel but more lemonad then minerals and mor acidic fruit and less bloom Cacual nice and fun in a bit surprising way. Only 10,5% is nice also.

I asked my sommelier to give me a dry white with notes of citrus and spice. He NAILED it with this one. Perfect balance of flavor and nose.

Lovely slightly spritzy oceanic lemon drop. Washes away the fat and it’s gone.
