Second Txakolina of the night takes me to Hondurrabi beltza, and rose. Leans more toward candied, and preserved fruit, then fresh, but covers the spectrum. Salinity is merely present, and not as evident as others can certainly be. Acid is as piercing as ever, but my favorite part is the price tag and the 10.5%.

Damp sea shore & loads of fruit. Red fruits dominate - strawberry, raspberry, watermelon rind and white hibiscus. Lovely sea brine element- like prying open a fresh oyster. True to style, it is lightly effervescent but not as dry as most styles from the area. The touch of RS is not a detracting element though, as all the beautiful acidity comes in to cleanse. Short finish but fun times!
