Pretty substantial for a Rosé that saw very little skin contact. Displays some classic red Pinot character like cherry, and maybe even a hint of tannins. Like all the wine we’ve had in Oregon, this is good stuff.

Crisp,clean mineral-esque rosé of 100% Willamette Valley pinot noir showing a light coral color similar to the classic rosés of Provence. Would be great with briney chilled oysters!
