È stato il mio primo Verdejo della D.O. Rueda che ho bevuto in Spagna un po' di anni fa!! Oggi è un "must" dei vini bianchi spagnoli. Un vitigno che dà vini con note citriche rinfrescanti ed erbacee in abbinamento a note dolci di frutti bianchi. Questo 2016 si presenta con un interessante frizzantino sulla punta della lingua a seguito di una malolattica ancora in corso.

Grapefruit and honeysuckle. Not bad, but doesn't really stand out either. I wish I had some avocado bruschetta to pair with it.
