Vistaflores Estate Altamira de los Andes reserve Malbec 2010. 14.8% alc. This ruby red 100% malbec from Mendoza Argentina is not bad. Not being a fan of malbec, I think I can drink this one. The bouquet is blueberry pie. The palate is a bit pruny for me. But there are notes of fig, plum, and blackberry. This is followed with a prune like following but half as sweet. The ending is dry - very Dry! At 30 dollars I dont think Ill buy it again. But it is very good!!!!! Compared to Tapiz it is out of the running!!!
