Organic Pansa Blanca

Salty and bright. Think Etna Bianco.

What a pleasant surprise- a still wine made with a varietal typically used for Cava. Has a deep stony fruit and pith character I really like. Decent length, acidity, & mid palate. Definitely punches above its weight. Local wine buyer recommendation.

Very enjoyable. Crisp, bright, love the mineral taste.

Crisp xarelo (typically used to make cava) zippy and light. Nothing too special.
