100% Petite Arvine. Star bright deep-ish gold. Abundant, wildly aromatic nose of orange pulp and peel and white and yellow flowers. Medium full palate yields similar flavors adding a hint of white pepper and anise on the finish. Medium “just enough” acidity makes for a sturdy winter white (of course) that makes a perfect alternative to “yet another Chardonnay.” Enjoy with pot pies, casseroles, or roasted fowl or pork. Drink now though 2025.
