Took about four hours of air to come around, but this 2011 is drinking pretty nicely. It still has some nice red fruit, but is also starting to develop some leather and tobacco notes. I wouldn't wait much longer on these, however, because it doesn't seem to have the concentration to develop much longer. I'll drink my remaining bottles soon.
