Don't have much to compare with... dark fruit, quite earthy, medium bodied. I liked it but my experience with Greek reds is pretty limited.

2018 was delicious!! Very well balanced. Never had anything quite like it. The nose was a Cab, as was the initial taste, but it changed during the finish to resemble a higher-acid Grenache. I'd love to find this in the US.

Jun 8th, 202216/20 (88/100) Варёная свёкла доминирует в первом носе, в развитии ярче проявляются тона вишневого компота и гранатового сиропа. Офф-драй, умеренная тельность, высокая кислотность, ненавязчивые (на удивление) танины. Странная ароматика, нетипичная для сорта структура.

Jul 12th, 2019A good example of Greek local variety Xinomavro from one of its best appellation- Amyndeo. Aromas of rose, resin, dry berries, forest and tobacco. Good acidity, smooth tannins, dry berries, spices, sour cowberry. A bit young to drink. Reminds Nebbiolo, Aglianico, Nerello Mascalese.
