Jun 3rd, 2018Nice aromatics but falls a bit short on the palate. The acidity isn’t really there and the same goes for the fruit. Tastes like any ordinary Italian prosecco and that’s not what I’m hoping for when trying an Australian prosecco. All that being said, I still would be very pleased if someone served me this on a hot summers afternoon.
