Colonia Estrella Roble Tannat

Raspberry, dark cherry, chocolate, dark plum, oak, and gun powder. Drink now with tertiary notes evident. High alcohol, medium plus tannins, medium plus body, high acid, and medium plus finish. About as good as a tannat gets, I think.

Afgekeurt! Served too warm. Strong alcoholic overtones. Deep dark cherry but no structure/backbone. No finish.
