Very interesting. Rich and slightly sweet, starts out with candied cherries and, as the fruit fades away, a menthol note reveals itself to linger through the finish. I'm not sure that I like it, but it is well-made and intriguing.

Nov 25th, 2020Thx 11-23 Latham. Intriguing sparkling Shiraz. First encounter. A bit sweet on palate and subdued nose with lighter body that would have been expected but went very well with the mix of dishes. A food wine.
