Here’s two wonderful Great Southern Region creations from WA. To the left we have the Alkoomi 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon from the Frankland River subregion and to the right we have the Vinofood Milk Chocolate, Spiced Wine, Fruit & Nut Rocky Road 👌
Oh what a night!
The Cab is a ruby red colour in the glass with a crimson hue. The nose is full of spiced black fruits, smooth oak and a hint of methol and caramel. While in the mouth it’s like a bowlful of juicy blackberries with wonderful integrated fine tannins and balanced cocoa bean acidity. Yum!
