Tasting at the cellar of de Moor in Courgis. Wow! All their wines are electrifying. Very interesting to experience that all barrel samples already have that deep, soft, juicy and clear acidic texture that make the wines of de Moor stand out. At the end of the tasting we had this older vintage of humeur du temps. A cuvée of a vinyard with younger vines that they have planted themselves fifteen years ago. Perfection!
