Tonight's wine is the 2014 Alexis Sauvion Château de la Fessardière Muscadet.

On the nose are floral notes.of.white flowers, green apples, ripe lemon, sea spray and minerality.

On the palate there is notes of lemon, lime, apples, saline and minerality.

The wine is light to medium bodied with crisp medium + acidity that leads to a medium refreshing finish.

Good bio-d classic Muscadet. Toasty, a little nutty.
