Beautiful nose. More tart than expected even after aeration. I’m going to let the full glass sit for a few... Wonderful blend creating a rich, full bodied red that I would hope for from this Region.

Late night pour. The nose on this is 💯 Cedar, sage, espresso, stewed dark fruits, savory meats, mint, and Luxardo syrup with loads of herbaceous qualities mingled with baking spices and leather. 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petite Verdot, and 2% Malbec.

Jul 13th, 2019Decanted for 6 hours...absolutely stupendous; this is how a cab should be. Plush, rich, velvety and complex with notes of tobacco, cherries, cedar, mint and cocoa. Fantastic.
