Tea, mezcal, a real wild ride

Very nice and very interesting. Quite amber in the glass, and some definite “organic” traits - unfined, cloudy, etc. Quite textured in the palate, lots of acid, pretty grippy. Little bit of grape-yness, but very good.

Zesty minerality with round almond / stone fruit. So delicious and opened up beautifully!
