A bargain-priced Nebbiolo (Spanna) from northern Piemonte. Nose takes a while to get going but then shows earthy macerated cherry and leather. Full in the mouth. Deep whack of fruit initially, then the tannins come on, and finally the finish tapers into a tail of dry cherry extract. Not the deepest or most complex but nice on a budget and can age a few years.

A Reserve from 2004 vintage. Amazing bright vermilion colour. Smells of red berries, medical herbs, Mountain landscape, Iron Soils, china. On The palate Gains a Lot of appeal. The grapes used blend perfectly And gives a Smooth round fruity elegant texture, still Pretty fresh for a 2004 vintage. Taste it!
