2013 (Spain), from Club W. Garnet colored. Cherry aroma. Light bodied. Dry with lingering tartness. Had with Beef Wellington, garlic mashed potatoes, and wilted winter greens.

Not a heavy, earthy wine. More fruit forward and light than I expected for an old world red. Smooth, but prefer something more leathery and gritty.
