Within the deep dark depths of this Amarone' soul lies a warm bouquet of kirsch liquor, over blackberry cobbler. Thick hickory planked stone fruits, roasted in open air. The acid plays big sister to the heat of this one, smacking it upside the head to keep its voice down.
