Réserve Edelzwicker

This wine needs to be open at least 30 minutes before consuming. Out of the bottle, it is completely unbalanced, with annoying sweetness. But after 30 minutes, it becomes a balanced dry wine tasting of cream and vanilla. Very good and different.

Quite a nice Alsatian riesling / Pinot gris / Pinot blanc blend. Surprised at how enjoyable it is as an aperitif. Not overly complicated but delicious. Slight sensation of sweetness, nice body, jolly rancher acid finish.
